Working for developers Argent and alongside concept architects Mossessian Architecture, Marjoram Architects were appointed to undertake a Client Monitoring Role (CMT) for a new commercial space within the Kings Cross masterplan.
Our role over an 18 month period involved working closely with the client team, main contractor and their sub-contractors to ensure design quality was maintained and in compliance with the ‘Employers Requirements’ throughout the build process.
