The notion of value is different for each of our clients. It may be accommodating an additional residential dwelling on a site that was not thought possible at the outset or increasing the site GDV. For another it may be exploring innovative ways of building to reduce costs further down the line, or creating a building which enriches the existing context through exemplary design. It may simply be fulfilling the brief and delivering the project on time and on budget.
Whatever the notion of value, our approach to achieve this from the outset and throughout the process is to establish an open dialogue. We always try and understand from each of our client’s what their main goals are, what is important to them and then explore ways of achieving these with them.
We are experienced in working with greenfield and brownfield sites, dense urban environments, with existing buildings, heritage assets, and in airspace above existing buildings.
