Planning Approval has been granted for a back land development in South London to provide three contemporary town houses.

The three, four bedroom houses will create a modern family living environment with generous open plan living spaces to the rear of each dwelling, all of which have direct access to private rear gardens.

A zinc mansard roof is proposed alongside generously proportioned fenestration and articulated masonry to create a contemporary external aesthetic.

Despite a long and drawn out planning process, the project was approved through delegated powers as a result of a continual dialogue with the planning officers and Marjoram.

Next stage is detailed design and bringing the project to fruition.
