For a new residential development to provide 16 dwellings.

Pre-application advice has been submitted for a new residential development in Forest Gate to provide 16 new dwellings. The development will provide private and affordable one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments.

The massing has been carefully considered to respond to the existing and surrounding buildings heights and the daylight/sunlight analysis from the existing dwellings around the development.

Around the new building private and public amenity space is created with the emphasis on creating a sense of place for the residents, encouraging interaction and creating a community.
