Kristian Marjoram — Director

RIBA ARB BA (Hons) Dip Arch

Founding Director Kristian has over 15 years of practice experience at senior management level, designing, delivering and managing projects of varying size and complexity from inception to completion across a wide range of diverse sectors for award winning architectural offices David Morley Architects and RH Partnership Architects.

Delivering projects ranging in value up to £80,000,000, Kristian has acquired an adaptive and responsive approach to meet the differing needs of each client, brief, site and cost constraints, solving complex challenges with tailored solutions.

Luca Dalmasso - Project Architect


Luca trained in Switzerland where obtained his Master of Architecture in 2012. He worked as architectural assistant in Melbourne and Lugano (CH), mainly supporting the delivery of high end residential.

Moving to London in 2015, Luca worked for David Morley Architects facilitating two large planning applications. The first was for 78 affordable units within a mixed use masterplan in Kings Cross. The second was an expansive masterplan in Matlock Spa, Derbyshire, comprising 600 units.

Luca joined Marjoram Architects in 2017.

Rosie ellis - Architectural assistant

BA (Hons) MArch

Rosie studied at Kingston University, graduating with a Master's in Architecture in 2018.

At university, Rosie's final year thesis was the design of a community Church in the east end of London, facilitated as a business model by residential units and a community centre including hall, cafe and library. Alongside this Rosie's dissertation "Materiality and Light in Architecture" allowed her to develop her thesis whilst considering the affects different materials would have on the light and atmosphere within the different spaces of the Church and community centre. Rosie achieved a distinction for her post graduate studies.

Rosie joined Marjoram Architects in 2019.

Ben Matthews - Architectural Technician

Ben studied architecture at the university of Brighton and provides technical support to the practice.

Having worked for developers and architectural offices, Ben brings a wealth of technical expertise and support to the studio.

Ben joined Marjoram Architects in 2017.
