For Three Two Bedroom Flats

Planning Approval has been granted for 3 new, high quality two bedroom apartments in East Dulwich.  The design increases the site value by increasing the number of units from 1 to 3 while providing a contemporary insertion into the existing urban grain on a prominent and challenging corner site.

The project was approved through delegated powers as a result of a continual dialogue with the planning officers.

Next stage is detailed design and bringing the project to fruition.
