Planning Approval Awarded

For a new office facility in Kent.

Planning Approval has been granted for a brand new office facility for Seacon Group to replace their existing office space.

The brief which is part of a wider masterplan to construct a replacement river jetty approach that is vital to Seacon's daily operation, comprises a 3 storey office block which houses flexible office space and specific docker changing and mess accommodation. 

The upgraded office accommodation provides much improved facilities for the current office and docker employees, and an enhanced working environment within a more sustainable and energy efficient building. 

Marjoram worked closely with planning consultants, FirstPlan, and Engineers, Robert West Consulting to bring the planning process to a successful conclusion.
