The answer depends on your specific property, so we test the principle before any design work is commissioned.

Once an application is validated, householder and minor applications are generally determined in around eight weeks, and larger schemes in around thirteen. Design work and preparing the application come before that, so it is sensible to allow several months from first meeting to decision.
